During my initial orientation after joining the company, I received training in business etiquette and basic IT knowledge.
After being assigned to my department, I learned about web development and test specifications for my job. Although I had some knowledge and experience, I struggled with writing practical test specifications and coding for the first time.
However, when I had difficulties, the senior colleagues around me provided support and helped alleviate my anxiety. Gradually, I became able to work smoothly. Currently, I am involved in the development of web-based applications using Java.
I think that I can deepen my understanding while consulting with my seniors and feel a sense of growth every day.
I am from China, and there are senior colleagues from China and other countries in the company. Smooth communication simplifies work consultations. I think it is an environment where even foreigners can work comfortably without hesitation when facing difficulties.

I joined the company almost without experience. I had only encountered programming and information processing during my high school classes.
Because of my lack of knowledge, communication became even more important. It is crucial to ask questions and seek advice without hesitation and take action immediately. Sometimes, I hesitated to consult because I knew little, but my team members kindly taught me until I could understand.
As my knowledge increases day by day, my ability to contribute to work on-site increases, and it is one of the rewarding aspects of the job.
Also, since my colleagues and I have different job responsibilities and development environments, we share information and become interested in developing other fields or start learning multiple languages in our free time.
From my perspective, one of the most thrilling aspects of this job is the boundless potential for growth and development across various fields.

Currently, I am in charge of development of design in the company. I make sure to communicate effectively to avoid any misunderstandings. While technical skills are important, I believe that communication is particularly crucial as we work as a team. If I communicate what I want to convey or ask, my senior colleagues will provide guidance even if my technical skills are not perfect. The company has an easy communication atmosphere, and there are many opportunities to interact with senior colleagues, such as in drinking parties, making it easy to ask questions and get help when stuck at work.
It takes about five years to gain experience through initial training and OJT and to be able to do basic work alone, but there is an internal system that allows us to upgrade our skills without being satisfied with that level. In addition to sharing information within the department, there are technology presentations throughout the company, opening the door to new technologies and knowledge.
Furthermore, there are programs provided internally that allow us to update our knowledge and acquire new skills at any time, creating an environment where we can always study. The department is challenging and enthusiastic about sharing new technologies, and senior colleagues are supportive and create an environment where we can try anything we want.
Recently, there has been significant progress in workstyle reform, and the company provides management that allows us to work from home and reduces overtime. It is an environment where we can separate our work and personal lives, and we can strive to improve our skills by ourselves.
