Yes. Company briefing sessions are held at different universities and at our company from time to time or as requested. Please check your university website or bulletin board to get the information about our briefing sessions. We can also provide company briefing sessions via ZOOM. What do you evaluate in the entrance examinations?
Writing test and interview will be conducted at the entrance examinations. In the written exam, we include general common knowledge, expert knowledge (information processing) and also written discussion. However, our company also gives great importance to the enthusiasm and character shown in the interview. We provide the results after the interview.
Is there a dormitory?
Yes. We have male and female dormitories in Sapporo and Tokyo. Those who wish to live in the dormitory are expected to submit a "dormitory request form" after you get a job offer. For those who do not wish to apply for a dormitory, we also have a loan system such as for the payment of the security deposit and key money.
Where will be my work place?
The place of work will be decided between Sapporo or Tokyo depending on the business situation of each division, but we also consider to the desire of each person.
How do you conduct the training after joining the company?
After the hiring the new employees, we offer training at the Tokyo branch office. We provide training after joining the company (about 1 month) and OJT training (about 10 to 12 months).
Do I need a certification or qualification certificate?
Although there is no particular qualification required, qualification allowance will be paid if you have qualifications for information processing such as basic information technicians.
What is the policy regarding paid time off or holidays?
Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and minor injury vacation. Besides the two full weekly holidays, you can take a minor injury vacation once a month. In addition, in our company it is easy to get paid vacations.
What kind of atmosphere does the company have?
Most of our employees are young. We can easily discuss a variety of things because the bosses are also in the same age range. In addition, as the proportion of women is relatively high (about a quarter in total), women can also work happily and comfortably. Also, we often have drinking parties(However, you will not be forced to participate).
